We understand that thriving looks different to all of us, and ensure to adjust our activity promise accordingly. Whether that’s with small steps or big leaps, integrating movement into your every-day has been proven to increase health-spans and improve quality of life.

Home care assessment
Once you decide on the next step, a member of your local Walfinch team will visit you to discuss and assess your individual situation and needs. Family members can of course be present.
Tailored support package
We produce a plan of your support package, tailored to you, your lifestyle, preferences, and capabilities. You can see it and discuss it with us and your loved ones. It will only go ahead with your approval.
