With a background as a director in the hospitality sector, Tanya brings strong leadership and customer service expertise to home care, where her empathetic nature and communication skills ensure services are tailored to individual needs. Outside of work, Tanya enjoys staying active through walking her dogs, dancing, and weight training.
Magdalena Chmielewska
Registered Manager
Magdalena Chmielewska brings a diverse background in healthcare and education to her role as Registered Manager. Originally from Poland, she holds a pharmaceutical degree and a master’s in English teaching and translation. Her UK career began as a private carer supporting complex needs, before progressing to healthcare manager at a private London clinic and working as a phlebotomist.
These experiences gave her a strong foundation in compassionate care, medical management, and communication—skills she now applies to leading high-quality, person-centred services at Walfinch. Outside of work, Magdalena loves clothes shopping, photography and make-up.
Roxy Visser
Operations Manager
Roxy Visser brings extensive experience in the care sector, having held leadership roles with respected providers before joining Walfinch Chiswick, Hammersmith & Kensington. As Operations Manager, she oversees all aspects of service delivery, supporting both carers and clients to ensure high standards and continuous improvement.
Known for her organised, compassionate, and solutions-focused approach, Roxy plays a central role in onboarding and supporting families, while ensuring the team has what it needs to excel. Her empathy, communication skills, and commitment make her an invaluable asset to the branch. Outside work, she enjoys running and spending time with her husband and their dog, Indi.
Nicole Jacobs
Operations Administrator
Nicole Jacobs is the Operations Administrator at Walfinch Chiswick, Hammersmith & Kensington, where she supports recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and the smooth running of daily office operations. With a background in hospitality, she brings strong people skills and organisational expertise to the role.
Nicole also contributes to digital marketing and compliance audits, combining creativity with attention to detail. Dedicated and versatile, she plays a key part in supporting both staff and clients. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys outdoor activities with her children and expressing her creativity through painting and sketching.
Zarina Khan
Care Manager
Zarina Khan brings extensive experience in health and social care to her role as Care Manager. Her background includes care coordination, adult care support, and NHS emergency health advisory roles. Since beginning her career in 2021, she has progressed from care worker to management positions, gaining expertise in leadership, scheduling, and developing personalised care plans.
Zarina works closely with healthcare professionals and social workers to ensure services remain high-quality and person-centred, supporting both clients and carers with compassion and professionalism. In her free time, Zarina enjoys reading and writing stories. Her creative pursuits offer a balance to her professional life, enriching her overall wellbeing.
