Dhan Ramjuttun brings over 25 years of experience as an NHS mental health nurse practitioner to his role at Walfinch Greater Manchester South. His extensive background across inpatient, outpatient, and community-based care has given him a deep understanding of the varied and complex needs of clients and their families.


Alongside his work with Walfinch, Dhan is the Registered Provider of four established care homes in Greater Manchester, all rated “Good” by the Care Quality Commission. His expertise in healthcare and proven track record in leadership ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Dhan is committed to supporting clients to live independently, with dignity and respect, in the comfort of their own homes.

Sham brings over 25 years of nursing experience across both the NHS and private sector to her role at Walfinch Greater Manchester South. Her extensive clinical background and compassionate leadership ensure that every client receives the highest standard of care.


Alongside Dhan Ramjuttun, Sham co-founded a group of successful care homes in Greater Manchester, all rated “Good” by the Care Quality Commission. Her dedication has been central to building a culture of excellence, where clients are supported with dignity, respect, and compassion.


Sham is committed to person-centred care, tailoring support to individual needs and preferences. Under her guidance, Walfinch Greater Manchester South continues to make a meaningful difference to clients and their families.
