Meet the people behind Walfinch Guildford & Woking
Meet the people who are committed to helping our clients to thrive daily.

Rose Reardon
Managing Director
Originally from South Africa, Rose Reardon began her career as a qualified pharmacist before co-founding and leading one of the country’s first aesthetic clinics, a pioneering venture that combined clinical expertise with compassionate care.
Now based in Surrey, Rose brings that same dedication to her role as co-owner of Walfinch Guildford and Woking. Her journey into home care is deeply personal: with a family history of dementia and osteoporosis, and as a double cancer survivor, she understands first-hand the value of dignified, high-quality support at home.
With her unique blend of clinical knowledge, entrepreneurial experience, and empathy, Rose is committed to delivering personalised care that helps clients live safely, comfortably, and independently.

Lance Williams
Managing Director
Before entering the world of home care, Lance Williams built a successful career as a television producer, managing teams and crafting meaningful stories. But his most powerful story came from personal experience: supporting his mother through dementia. Seeing the challenges she faced without access to proper care at home highlighted how vital compassionate, personalised support can be in maintaining dignity and independence.
This experience inspired Lance to co-found Walfinch Guildford and Woking, where he is committed to changing the story for other families. Combining his professional background in storytelling with a passion for meaningful impact, Lance is dedicated to delivering care that allows clients to live safely, comfortably, and with respect in their own homes.
