Steve Elliott is the Managing Director and Registered Manager of Walfinch Hampstead and Camden. With over 25 years of experience in care and management, he has worked as a live-in carer, served as an area manager for Christies Care, and successfully owned and operated a home care branch. This wealth of experience has given him a deep understanding of both client needs and the importance of developing skilled, compassionate care teams.
At Walfinch Hampstead and Camden, Steve is committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred care that enables clients to live independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
Daniela Miteva
Director
Daniela oversees marketing, social media, and recruitment. She brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and event management, having organised major international festivals, concerts, and business events. Daniela has also held senior roles in startups as an operations manager and team leader, where she built and managed both small and large teams.
Her expertise in communication, organisation, and people management is central to supporting the branch’s growth and ensuring that carers are carefully recruited and supported. Daniela is passionate about the arts, particularly classical music, and enjoys spending time on quiet, sunny beaches.
