Managing Director
Shilpi Verma brings 17 years of banking experience to her role as Managing Director and Registered Manager of Walfinch Harrow & Brent. Her career in financial services instilled a deep belief in the importance of understanding and meeting customer needs, a foundation she has carried into the care sector.
Passionate about delivering the highest standards of care, Shilpi is dedicated to ensuring every client receives the support they deserve. Her strong business background, combined with a customer-focused approach, shapes the ethos of the branch, where client wellbeing is always the priority.
Shilpi’s positive leadership style fosters a supportive environment for carers and clients alike, driving the delivery of compassionate, high-quality home care throughout Harrow and Brent.
Freya Massingham
Registered Manager
Freya Massingham is the Registered Manager of Walfinch Harrow & Brent, where her journey in social care began as a carer when the branch first opened. Her dedication and commitment have seen her progress through the ranks to her current leadership role.
Before moving into care, Freya enjoyed a successful seven-year career as a chef in prestigious 5-star London hotels. Inspired by the desire to give back during the Covid-19 pandemic, she transitioned into social care and has since gained qualifications including a Level 3 Diploma and a Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership.
Freya’s commitment to supporting others also extends into the community, where she volunteers with a youth charity.
Nita Patel
Recruitment Manager
Nita Patel is Walfinch Harrow & Brent’s Recruitment Manager. She brings a wealth of experience with a person-centred focus after 35-year career in the banking sector. Nita focuses on ensuring all our carers are fully compliant and ready to work with our wonderful clients. Nita supports our carers from the initial conversation all the way through their induction and onboarding process. In her spare time, Nita loves to craft and is often showcasing her work at local markets.
Pooja Nimbeka
Admin Officer
Pooja Nimbekar joined Walfinch Harrow & Brent in 2021 and has since become an invaluable member of the team. With over a decade of administrative experience, she combines her office expertise with hands-on care experience, making her a versatile and trusted asset.
As Admin Officer, Pooja manages the rota, ensuring clients receive timely, reliable support. She also carries out spot checks in the field, helping maintain the high standards of care that clients and families can depend on.
Naibhavi Patel
Senior Carer
Vaibhavi Patel is Senior Carer at Walfinch Harrow & Brent, bringing academic excellence with a BSc in Nursing from Charusat University and an MSc in Health Care Leadership from BPP University. Since joining in 2021, she has become a key part of the team, working closely with carers to maintain high standards of care and building strong relationships with both staff and clients.
As a Train the Trainer-qualified mentor, Vaibhavi supports carers’ professional development and wellbeing, ensuring they feel valued while delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
Victoria Feeney
Business Development Manager
Victoria Feeney began her journey with Walfinch in 2021 as a carer and now brings her creativity and passion to the role of Business Development Manager. With more than a decade of experience running her own successful bridal business, she combines entrepreneurial insight with first-hand knowledge of care delivery.
Her unique perspective, vibrant energy, and commitment to innovation make her a driving force in expanding services, strengthening community connections, and ensuring Walfinch Harrow & Brent continues to grow while meeting the needs of local families.
