Lyn Leagas
Managing Director
With over 30 years of experience in sales and management, Lyn Leagas has built her career in client-focused environments where delivering excellent service is always the priority. Known for her patient and empathetic approach, she has led successful teams recognised with multiple service and performance awards.
Lyn began her career in care six years ago, working as a live-in carer with Christies Care before moving into domiciliary care with Home Instead during the Covid pandemic. These experiences gave her valuable insight into the needs of both carers and clients.
As Managing Director of Walfinch Hampton, Twickenham and Virginia Water, Lyn is passionate about making a difference for elderly and vulnerable clients through compassionate, high-quality domiciliary and live-in care.
Angela Pinto
Managing Director
Angela Pinto brings over 20 years of experience in client relationship management, recruitment, and business growth to her role as Director of Walfinch Hampton, Twickenham and Virginia Water. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and is dedicated to building strong teams that provide exceptional service to the community.
Her leadership is focused on recruiting and developing skilled carers, fostering meaningful client relationships, and continuously improving care standards. Angela combines a results-driven approach with compassion, collaboration, and innovation to ensure every client receives the best possible support.
Beyond work, she is a keen runner, sports enthusiast, and passionate rugby fan, embracing teamwork, discipline, and resilience both professionally and personally.
Michelle Doyle
Managing Director and Registered Manager
Michelle Doyle’s lifelong respect for older generations has been the guiding force in her career. After many years in a corporate environment, where she mentored and led teams to success, she chose to pursue something more personal and meaningful. That decision led her to co-found Walfinch HTV, combining strong leadership skills with a passion for care.
As Managing Director and Registered Manager, Michelle is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred services that make a genuine difference to clients and their families. Alongside her fellow directors, she is building not just a business, but a community rooted in empathy, respect, and compassion.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys the outdoors, gardening, and time by the sea, embracing her creative and adventurous spirit.
