Born and raised in Mansfield, Catherine-Ann Shooter comes from a proud lineage of hardworking coal miners, growing up in a community built on resilience and strong values. She has worked in care for more than 14 years, gaining wide-ranging experience across learning disabilities, mental health, physical disabilities, and elderly care.

Catherine-Ann is passionate about empowering people to make their own choices and is dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centred support. Drawing on her personal insight as the sister of two brothers with autism, she has a deep appreciation for advocacy and the importance of independence.

As Registered Manager at Walfinch Mansfield, Catherine-Ann combines compassion and professionalism to help individuals thrive while leading a supportive and motivated care team.
