Kam Gill
Managing Director/Registered Manager
Kam Gill arrived at the care industry after a career in dental technology. She is proud to bring her skills of leadership, people management and business development to Walfinch Oxfordshire, better helping clients to get the most out of life.
Prior to Walfinch, Kam graduated from University of Wales Institute Cardiff with a BSc in Dental Technology in 2000. Beyond this, Kam has also completed her level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
Kelly Warburton
Operations Manager
Kelly Warburton has been in the care industry since 2011, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her role as Operations Manager. Kelly is proud to bring her skills of organisation, compliance and people management to Walfinch Oxfordshire, supporting our Walfinch carers to deliver thriving care to our clients.
Prior to Walfinch, Kelly completed her Level 5 in Health and Social Care in 2022. Beyond this, Kelly was also nominated for the Registered Manager of the year award at the Great British Care Awards and continues to deepen her knowledge of the nuanced sector of care. In her spare time, to thive, Kelly enjoys riding her horse and spending time with her family.
Rita Hooper
Care Co-ordinator
Rita Hooper has been in the care industry since 2021, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her role as Care Co-ordinator. Rita brings her skills of scheduling, communications, and flexibility to Walfinch Oxfordshire, ensuring our clients can get the most out of their care, and in turn, their individual lifestyles.
Ana Vale
Care Supervisor
Ana Vale has been in the care industry since 2017, bringing practical expertise to her role as Care Supervisor. Ana brings her skills of flexibility, effective communication, and training and teaching to Walfinch Oxfordshire – providing our carers with specialised training and ensuring our clients’ care best reflects their individual needs.
Hannah Tomlin
Events Co-ordinator
Hannah Tomlin has been in the care industry since 2021, bringing practical and effective expertise to her roles as Events Co-ordinator and Senior Carer. Hannah brings her skills of event management and creative thinking to Walfinch Oxfordshire, organising local Thrive Clubs, seated exercise classes, arts and craft clubs, and additional events to better help our local community to thrive.
