Richard Maguire
Managing Director
Richard Maguire’s journey into the care sector was inspired by personal experience. Having supported family members living with Alzheimer’s disease and Motor Neurone Disease, he saw first-hand the importance of care that preserves dignity, supports independence, and provides true companionship. These experiences shaped his commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
Before joining Walfinch, Richard built a career in insurance and finance, holding roles in claims, underwriting, sales, trading, broking, and project management. This diverse background gave him strong business expertise and leadership skills. As Managing Director of Walfinch Reigate and Horsham, Richard is dedicated to creating a culture where both clients and carers feel valued as part of a supportive community.
Kelly McManus
Registered Manager
Kelly McManus has worked in adult health and social care since 2017, beginning her career as a care assistant before progressing to Registered Manager in 2021. She has managed both care home and homecare services, supporting individuals with a wide variety of needs, preferences, and goals. An advocate for continuous development, Kelly has completed NVQs up to Level 5 and is committed to further advancing her knowledge.
As Registered Manager, she oversees all aspects of service delivery in line with CQC regulations, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care. Kelly is passionate about making a positive difference to clients and their families, helping them navigate care choices with empathy and support.
Lisa Holmes
Care Co-ordinator
Lisa Holmes has worked in the care industry for over six years and is passionate about supporting individuals to live independently at home. She enjoys meeting people, listening to their stories, and ensuring care is always person-centred and tailored to individual needs.
As Care Coordinator, Lisa manages rostering and supports both clients and carers in delivering safe, consistent care. She has completed First Aid training, is a registered Dementia Friend with the Alzheimer’s Society, and holds the Care Certificate. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys family time, walking her dogs, and travelling.
Samantha Campbellwood
Field Care Supervisor
With over six years of experience in domiciliary care, Samantha Campbellwood brings both hands-on expertise and strong leadership to her role as Field Care Supervisor. She holds an NVQ Level 2 and plans to continue building her qualifications. Samantha enjoys working directly in the community, ensuring clients receive care tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
She takes pride in supporting the care team with training and personal development, helping them deliver safe and compassionate services. Samantha values building strong relationships with clients, treating them like extended family and ensuring they always feel safe, supported, and never alone.
Angela Maguire
Head of Training & Recruitment
Angela Maguire has been involved with Walfinch Reigate and Horsham since its inception, sharing with her son Richard a strong commitment to improving care based on personal family experiences. With extensive expertise in recruitment, training, and compliance, she ensures that new team members embody Walfinch’s ethos while meeting CQC standards.
Angela is passionate about building skilled, compassionate teams who deliver safe, high-quality care to vulnerable clients. Outside of work, she is a lifelong animal lover and enjoys spending time with her Cockapoo, Monty, who is adored by clients for his therapy dog qualities.
