Shai Patel is the Managing Director of Walfinch Stratford & Leamington Spa, where he is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home care for the local community. His career journey spans law, finance, and entrepreneurship, giving him a broad professional background shaped by integrity, empathy, and a strong focus on people.


After starting his first business with a ChipsAway franchise, Shai moved to New Zealand, where he built a successful financial advice practice and served as a board member for Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand. Returning to the UK to be closer to his parents deepened his appreciation of the importance of quality home care.


Shai is passionate about helping families feel confident their loved ones are supported with dignity and respect.
