Registered Manager
Onella Blair has been in the care industry since 2015, bringing a diverse wealth of knowledge to her role as Registered Manager. Onella completed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care in 2018 and has worked across the health and social care sector, specialising in residential and community care.
She brings her skills of project and people management, and leadership to Walfinch Solihull, ensuring clients and carers can safely and effectively thrive together.
