Sarah Wickham
Managing Director
Sarah Wickham has dedicated nearly 20 years to the care sector, beginning her career as a live-in carer and personal assistant before going on to manage a care home, where she led a team of nurses. Her experience of delivering care both in people’s homes and in residential settings has given her invaluable insight into the diverse needs of clients and families.
A member of the British Nursing Association since 1996, Sarah is highly experienced in delivering high-quality, flexible home care. Her passion for supporting people to live independently grew during her time managing the flagship branch of a care organisation, where she oversaw award-winning services. At Walfinch Suffolk Coastal, Sarah combines expertise with compassion to deliver outstanding care.
Stevie Hambling
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Stevie Hambling oversees the smooth running of Walfinch Suffolk Coastal, ensuring both clients and carers can thrive. With experience in the care sector since 2009, she brings expertise in quality, compliance, and service delivery.
Stevie is recognised for her emotional intelligence, people management, and strong communication skills, which she applies to supporting clients and empowering care teams. Passionate about making a difference, she is dedicated to delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. Outside of work, Stevie enjoys football and spending time with her family.
