Gurprit Gill is the Managing Director of Walfinch Sutton Coldfield and brings 16 years of experience in the care sector to her role. Beginning her career as a domiciliary carer, she progressed through positions including Team Leader, Care Coordinator, and Deputy Manager before qualifying with a Level 5 in Management and Leadership and becoming a Registered Manager.


Her personal philosophy is simple: to deliver care as she would want it for her own family. Having worked her way up from frontline care, Gurprit understands the needs of both clients and carers and takes pride in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Guided by values of hard work, compassion, and integrity, she is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care across Sutton Coldfield.
